Today we released a big black grouper, a red grouper, an african pompano and 5 amberjacks on pinfish. We also caught 2 bonito and 2 blackfin tuna.
We had another slow morning today at a fish keeping site. But Tom and his guest turned it around this afternoon catching 5 amberjacks, an almaco jack, a big barracuda, a small shark and kingfish of 8,10,25 and 40 pounds.

Ron Pope fished with us today. The morning was slow, with one bite producing a nice kingfish. This afternoon Ron caught one of two sailfish, 2 amberjacks and 2 almaco jacks.
Monday was a little slow. Clemens caught a sailfish on his birthday. We also caught a mahi, 2 tuna, a rainbow runner and a mutton snapper. We had a lot of shark trouble while trying to catch bottom fish.

Tonight the water temperature was 4 degrees lower than last week. This resulted in our guest from Pembroke Pools catch 4 out of 5 tatpon to 100 lbs. Big shrimp were running in Goverment Cut tonight on the outgoing tide.
Today the surface action was super slow. We saved the morning with a huge red grouper, an amberjack and a big mutton snapper. This afternoon it was 10 amberjacks and a black grouper Grouper season is closed till May 1st. They must be released. A Seaqualizer will insure that released grouper survive.
Jeff , Cody and Taylor love fishing artificial lures. Today they had a great time catching a spanish mackerel, 2 kingfish, a bonito, a huge skipjack tuna, 4 mahi, several amberjacks and almaco jacks, a barracuda and 2 grouper. Yhe biggest mahi was caught on the lightest rod and a small bucktail.
